Within 30 Days:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it (see the list of exceptions at the bottom of the page).
Certain products are not returnable, including power generators, commercial and industrial products.
If the item you ordered is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
If your item is defective please let us know as soon as possible.
After 30 days, a defective unit may have to be sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair.

Important: Refunds of returned portable room air conditioners and air coolers are will be reduced by a 20% restocking fee.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged if the return is not in the original packaging, is not in like new condition or if instructions and accessories are missing.
After 30 days:
Dependingon the manufacturers' policies, most unopened and opened items may be returned in the original packaging with instructions and accessories within 60 days of purchase for a partial refund.
Important: Some manufacturers do not accept returns after 30 days.

Returns cannot be accepted after 60 days of purchase.
Shipping charges on the original purchase cannot be refunded. However you may keep any coupons or gifts sent to you in respect to your purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the shipping time for the manufacturer to receive your return from the shipper, inspection and the time it takes for your credit card company to process your refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have processed you return.
