Return Policy

Within 30 Days:

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it (see the list of exceptions at the bottom of the page).

Certain products are not returnable, including power generators, commercial and industrial products.

If the item you ordered is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

If your item is defective please let us know as soon as possible.

After 30 days, a defective unit may have to be sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair.

Important: Refunds of returned portable room air conditioners and air coolers are will be reduced by a 20% restocking fee.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged if the return is not in the original packaging, is not in like new condition or if instructions and accessories are missing.

 

After 30 days:

Dependingon the manufacturers' policies, most unopened and opened items may be returned in the original packaging with instructions and accessories within 60 days of purchase for a partial refund.

Important: Some manufacturers do not accept returns after 30 days.

Certain products are not returnable, including power generators, commercial and industrial products.

After 30 days refunds on returns will be reduced by a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds of returned portable room air conditioners and air coolers are will be reduced by a 20% restocking fee.

An additional 10% restocking fee will be charged if the unit is not in the original packaging, is not in like new condition or if instructions and accessories are missing.

Returns cannot be accepted after 60 days of purchase.

Shipping charges on the original purchase cannot be refunded. However you may keep any coupons or gifts sent to you in respect to your purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the shipping time for the manufacturer to receive your return from the shipper, inspection and the time it takes for your credit card company to process your refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have processed you return.

Please note that items from the following categories and items may Not be returned;
  • Power Generators are not returnable
  • Commercial and Industrial Products are not returnable
  • Replacement filters
  • IQAir GC models are not returnable
  • IQAir GCX models are not returnable
  • IQAir Cleanroom models are not returnable

How to Return an item for Refund
( please read carefully.)

  1. First, please review the Exceptions above.
  2. Please contact us 866-855-1238 or e-mail Service
  3. Please explain the problem. We will happily arrange replacement of any damaged or defective unit. Replacement will not result in any additional cost to you.
  4. If a return for refund is necessary;
    • We will obtain a return authorization number.
    • We will e-mail the return instructions to you.
    • Choose a shipping company that will enable you to track the delivery ex. USPS, UPS or FeDex.
    • Important: Obtain insurance equal to the purchase price of the item. Returns that arrive damaged will result in additional fees that will reduce the refund. Insuring the return for your cost will help you recover your cost.
    • Return the item in the original packaging according to the instructions.
    • Important: E-mail the tracking number to Service as soon as you send the return.
    • With the tracking number we can tell the manufacturer when the item arrived and the person who signed for it. With this proof, we can influence a rapid processing of the return. This helps us to process your return quickly.
    • After the manufacturer has processed the return, we will calculate and issue the refund.
    • If the unit was lost or damaged in transit we will let you know so that you can file a claim with your shipper.
