The Allerair 5000 HEPA air purifier is designed for airborne particle filtration with a medical grade HEPA filter and pre-filter.
Please note this unit does not have a carbon filter. You may order a carbon filter later if you need gas and chemical filtration in the future.

The Allerair 5000 HEPA filters 99.97% of airborne particles using a true HEPA
filter. It features a cylindrical shape for maximizing the air flow and casters
for easy maneuverability.

sq. ft. open area on highest speed. Three speed motor for rapid
room cleaning or quiet overnight use.
Hospital Grade HEPA Filter
Traps particles in the air such as dust mites, pollen, mold spores and animal
dander.
HEPA filter can trap 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. That's the
size of some bacteria.
A cleanable pre-filter
Stops large material such as lint or paper from reaching the particle filter.
Metal housing with baked enamel finish
Plastic casing air cleaners can be cheaper, but plastic give off vapors back
into the room, which you breath.
Cylindrical shape maximizes air flow
The air flows through the filters and circulates out through the top of
the unit in the chosen direction.
The outflow of clean air is separated from the inflow by the height of
the cleaner. This avoids any mixing.
